Hi, Regarding the order number - ROY0050974 which was placed on 13 July 2020. I am continually trying to contact customer care asking for change in product. After so many tries, when I spoke to Mr. Ashok the manager responsible for online order in Bangalore., he promised he will look into the issue. But again, he didn't turn up.
