[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — order placed online, payment made but delivery not done

This is regarding the order number roy0038652 which was placed on 29th may, 2020. I had received an order confirmation mail stating that delivery date would be 1st june and installation date would be 2nd june, but till date i have not received my order nor any update on the same. I tried multiple times reaching the customer care, but no one is picking up. Also, the track order on your website also shows no updates
