Royaloak Furniture — Pathetic customer service | |||
Hi, I have purchased a product from royaloak online on 4th dec 2020. After that waiting for near about 1 month my product was not delivered (Transaction Number : 5fc9f1c1eff1f) order status online shows : Warehouse processing from last 1 month I don't know what they are processing by the way. When I checked with the service team they said sorry for the inconvenience product is in damaged condition and we cant deliver the same (P.S. I don't know how they keep the status of the products and sell to customers) Best part is when I asked for my refund they said it would take a very long time for (more than 1 month) to refund the amount, also right now I don't know whether I will get my money back. Now to all other consumers please stay away from such fraudsters don't even think to buy from them not even from physical stores. @royaloak please stop this business of harassing people at the end its customers who suffer.
