Royaloak Furniture — poor product quality and irresponsible response from customer care | |
I have bought a sofa sets in royal oak furniture and with in 15days i wanted to return the product due to poor quality and damaged. Am really disappointed with this product which was delivered. 1) there is no cushion in the seating area 2) there is no softness in the back side 3) harm rest also there is no proper softness with thick form 4) there only side cloth stitched, no soft form attached. I have spoke to customer care team, and they sent a technician to home address, and technician also confirmed that product is not worth for money and accepted above comments but without my knowledge they have closed the issue ticket and no response from any of the team. I have sent an email to below email address but none of them respond back.
