Royaloak Furniture — Poor Quality Study Desk -Royaloak Amber Computer Table - 1.2M


I am very disappointed to have purchased the Study Desk from Royal Oak .This item was delivered on 11th May 2020 during Lockdown. It was the need of an hour and having thought Royal Oak to be such a good brand i bought this item. Since then it has been giving me trouble, initially Keyboard shelf came out of the hinges. After raising the complaint, technician came and told it does not seem to be installed properly, he would fix it. He did something and for a day or 2 it was fine and then it came out again and since then i have been following up with Royal Oak but never got any response.
Today when i was just taking out my notebook from the cabinet, it came out .
I am really pissed off now - Really regret to have purchased this item from Royal Oak. I will never ever buy anything from them and not even recommend any of my freinds.
