[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Product not delivered and not canceling the order

My order id: ROY0057066, supposed to be delivered by AUG 19th 2020, but the order status is still showing "Order Received". I've paid for the order, I need a cancelation and a refund, I've contacted the company with the following approaches:
1. Several e-mails to [protected]@royaloakindia.com and [protected]@royaloakindia.com - No response
2. WhatsApp support - No response
3. Customer Care Phone: Either no response or "You will receive a call back within 1hr or 24hrs"
4. Customer support chat window: same response - "I'll arrange a callback" or "please contact email customer support"
I need an immediate cancelation and refund
