I have no response thru customer care email and customer care number even after trying multiple times. My order number is roy0039481. Its more than a week now since the delivery date past. Kindly help cancelling the order and refund my money. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jun 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After chatting with customer care in their website multiple times(more than 50-60 times), they delivered the product (2 weeks delayed) and installed(after 4 days). RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
