Royaloak Furniture — product not delivered even after 40 days of purchase and countless follow ups | |
Order Number : ROY0025596 was placed online on RoyalOak furniture website on the 29th November 2019. The delivery date given was 14th Dec 2019. Even after multiple calls to het status update and having been told it was on time and will deliver 100% by 14th Dec, no delivery was made. After calling Customer care (and it was a shocker to see that Online and store purchase CC are different and Store purchase people which actually respond to calls have no clue about online orders. The online order (who likely is a single person) answers calls 1 in 10-20 attempts. After 1 such call, I was given a date of 20 or 21st December. That did not happen. The after numerous attempts, I was given a 100% date of 10th Jan 2020. Today again after many attempts, they are giving me a date of 15th Jan. But the worse thing is that they are unable to even answer simple questions as to where the product is. They never have it in stock, it comes from overseas and the lady on call hung up on me twice when I asked her to cancel my order and that I would complain. She now does not answer the calls again. I am now clueless on what more to do as I am not getting the ordered product nor refund. Was this information helpful? | |
