[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — product not delivered more than a month after full payment

Product was purchased online:roy0035292 with full payment from credit card on may17th. The product was supposed to be delivered by 21 may which didn’t happen till date. Even after repeated emails and phone calls there is no one responding back.

The complaint is resolved. But it was not from consumer complaints team. I had to reach to royal oak repeatedly to get it resolved.
