I placed an order on August 5th (order #[protected] My order has been partially delivered. The sofa is not delivered. After multiple follow-ups, got an update that the sofa is out of stock. I asked for a refund, but they denied it. Till now I didn't get any updates from customer care. As a NRI, it's difficult to follow up and get updates.
