[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — product status pending and payement failed evenif paid full

Hi team
I have purchased a computer table (Order no. Roy0039787) from official royaloak website and paid the full payment. I got payment confirmation mail and also sms from my bank that money has been deducted. But my order status still says pending and payment as failed.
I have contacted the customer care, sent mail also with complete detail but no update since last 2 days. I was told everytime that i will get a call, but not received a single call on the same so far.
This is my first experience with royaloak and disappointed with the customer service.
Requesting to please resolve this issue soon. Thanks!
