[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — received a damaged mattress | |
I had bought bunch of furniture from royal oak from bannerghatta branch and yesterday for the first time i opened the plastic cover from mattress and i found that mattress has been damaged. This is the second i am giving the complaint. And if this is the kind of product being delivered to customers then i am sorry i may not recommend royal oak to anyone. And i want the replacement and pickup to happen on the same day Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered a coat stand from Royal oak website by paying through online, have called customer care several times.but no result.got some jayprakash no but it is switched off, I have paid already, pls look into the matter and get back soon.order ref no ROY001823.
