Nov 5 - Ordered the table.
Nov 17 - Received the product (Promised delivery in one week but doesn’t happen)
Nov 18 - Raised complaint (said the issue will be resolved within a week but doesn’t happen till now)
Nov 30 - Received incorrect defect piece.
Dec 20 - Technician arrived and took the defective piece along with the incorrect piece received.
Not sure when will they resolve this. Have been following through customer care day by day. Was this information helpful? |
