[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Received damaged product from Royal Oak, not received Refund yet | |||
I had purchased a Morris King Bed on 22nd Aug 2021 for Rs. 41000 which was delivered on 27th Aug 2021. When unpacked by Royal Oak team it was observed the product was damaged in multiple location, so a replacement was assured by the Team. But the replacement did not arrive even after a week. Dissatisfied by the service I told them to cancel the Replacement and submitted a letter for full Refund on 6th September 2021. They said pickup will be arranged for the damaged product and then Refund will be processed. But it has been 2 weeks still they have not picked up the damaged product. When followed up with the manager Sunil, every time he will assure to be picked up within a day, but never replies back. This is causing a lot of Mental pressure on me, kindly help me get my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
