Royal oak Please don’t accept orders when you are not servicing a location. If you had accepted it by mistake, you should be responsible in contacting the customer for the refund.
Royal oak team did not approach us in any way. You are having our money. We don’t think a good brand will behave this way. We reached out to the team multiple times, the only response we received till now is we will get back to you before end of day.
Be responsible when you are having customer money. The interest the royal oak team shown while placing an order is not shown after receiving our fund. We received multiple calls when placing order.
Also the order was billed for an amount of 13, 500 but 13, 850 was debited from my account. whenever we reach out to you, customer care will say they will escalate and resolve it.
Consider yourself a good brand and resolve this issue at the earliest. We need someone to reach out to us and need it to be resolved before end of day tomorrow.
