Order Number - ROY0079559 I have placed an order of a sofa from RoyalOak Furnitures on November 8th, 2020. After 2 days I was called by a representative of the shop and I was was about the dimensions of my front door. After giving the front door measurement to them I was informed that they will not be able to ship the furniture since it will not fit through the front door. They asked me to cancel the order and request for a refund. I contacted the customer care through Whatsapp chat since they don't have any voice customer support. They informed that they will initiate a refund and I will receive a refund within 10-12 working days. Today it is one month since I had placed my order and still I have not received the refund from RoyalOak Furnitures. Whenever I have asked for an update they keep saying that it still waiting for management approval. Please help me in getting this amount refunded. Was this information helpful? | |
