They have cancelled this order after 15 days of the order date by saying the item is out of stock. They confirmed over WhatsApp that they will process the refund and it will be refunded with 10-15 days. But it's been a month I keep following up with them but no response from their side. First of they don't have any phone number, only a WhatsApp number. So you won't be able to talk even!
I strongly believe they don't have any honesty or ethics at all. It seems to be that someone chitted and louted my money by using a furniture portal.

This been more than 2 months now and I'm still looking for a refund, which is my OWN money!
Is there any hope that I'll get it back?
What is the problem for these guys to refund their customer's money?
