[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Refund isn't processed by the company even after 28 days

The "hoffice multi purpose desk" with order number "roy0051892" was delivered different from what was ordered. It was picked up successfully on 13th aug but the company is not processing the refund even after continuous followups. It has been 28 days now still no response. Was this information helpful? Sep 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to mail the company almost daily. The issue was resolved after around one and half months of constant follow up. I believe the complaint on this consumer complaints forum helped a lot in that. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
