Royaloak Furniture — refund issue | |||
I have ordered 2 products i. E, coffee table and shoe rack on 13th of oct. This was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of oct, however, after multiple follow ups the goods are still not delivered. No proper response for calls from (Nagaram, eci, sec-bad) royal oak staff. We expected this items to be delivered before diwali. I visited the store and asked for the refund and then the store manager told to send an email to "[protected]@royaloakindia.com" explaining the reason for cancellation and attach once cancelled check.
