[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — refund not done,its been more than 2 week.

This is regarding sales order so no : [protected], purchased directly in store, mysore road, royal oak, bangalore - 560060, on december 3rd.

This order was cancelled and a refund was initiated by the store associate.
Its been more than 2 weeks and still refund amt not received.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Company provided the refund for which they promised, but it was delayed for several days, Got refund only after multiple and serial follow ups, also after registering complaint.
