[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Refund not processed , it's been 40 days | |
I placed an order on 26th August for the product "Royaloak Zara Study Desk".and haven't received any update on the product. Later due to the unavailability of product for a longer time I initiated refund on 21st September. Now it's been a month and I haven't received the refund yet . Everytime I reach out to the WhatsApp care, they give me a new date. Highly disappointed with the service provided. Order id : ROY0063179. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 25, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I kept pestering the customer care, and I got the refund today -Nov25th 2020 RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
