I have placed an order on https://www.royaloakindia.com/ with Order reference number: [protected]

They said, the product was damaged in transit, and they had cancelled the order, and initiated refund.

They said, they have initiated refund on March 12, 2017 and it's been almost a month and I still did not see the amount credited to my account.
