Firstly, we ordered a dining table with full payment of 32000 on 1st of april 2017 as it was said that the dining table will be delivered within 15 days. But after two months of waiting period, there was no update from them and the dining table was not received. After continuous follow up and chat with the customer representatives, as there was a delay and we were moving out of india for vacation and nobody can receive the product, we said to cancel the product on end of may. After continuous follow ups again and multiple reminders, lastly on 8th june 2017, i got a mail and it was mentioned that the request for cancellation was received against order number [protected] and the cancellation request number was mentioned as [protected]. It was also mentioned that the refund amount of 32000 shall reflect in account by end of 3rd week of june due to bulk clearance and it had been prioritized. It was also clearly mentioned that necessary updates will be sent at regular intervals but i am yet to receive the refund amount neither any update from the concerned team. None of the contact numbers as mentioned in the mail i. E[protected] /[protected] are working. I have sent a follow up mail but no reply to that either till date. Was this information helpful? |
