[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — refund not yet received for item which the company failed to deliver | |||||
Booked a recliner 0ct 5th, supposed to receive the product in 12 days, product never made it home called customer care they told me that online team manager Anees will contact me, he called after 4 days and den told me that he does not know where the product is, I requested refund, was promised in 7 working days, since den they are just telling me in 4 days or 1 week the refund will be done but until now that is 65 days since d word given by their manager they havent refunded my money, Now their manager Anees is avoiding me bcoz he doesnt have a face or he has eaten my money also along with him is another person by name Raphael who told me dat money will be refunded in 4 days but nothing has happened so far I have all the emails and confirmation and promises made by them saved to register a court case on them Was this information helpful? | |||||
