I have ordered furniture reading table and chair from ezipura show room of royal oak on 16.06.2023 on a condition that the same to be delivered by 21.06 and the said they will do it. We did not get the delivery even on 23.06 as we shifting our house it is informed to the showroom and they cancelled the order. They have taken my bank details and after 10 days that too after repeated follow up they say they donot have option of refund and i have purchase again.
I am writing this out of anger, that the response of the staff is very irresponsible and they donot take calls and respond properly. I request you to get my amount back. They are just playing with emotions of the people inspite of thei poor service and management Was this information helpful? |
