Royaloak Furniture — regarding defective product (lara recliner order# [protected]) | |||||
In a month of March(2018), I bought 3+1+1 Lara Recliner Sofaset worth Rs. 67000 from RoyalOak Hyderabad (Kukatpally branch). Upon delivery of the product, we noticed that in the 3 seater sofa, 1 cushion on the right was fine (Images too large to attach) but the other 2 were going very down as soon as you sit. So we registered our complaint with RoyalOak. One Guy visited our home and found our claims to be true. He clicked some pictures and went back saying that he will submit the report to his supervisor and get it replaced. The RoyalOak manager in Hyderabad Mr. Kishore also assured us for replacement. Furthermore, Kishore's manager Mr-Taheer also assured us for replacement and asked us to wait till they get new shipment. The Sofa is just 4 months old and we are complaining from the beginning itself. Till date, they just say that we have not received stock yet but guess what, when you go to their showroom (I sent my friend) and ask for the same sofa, they promise to deliver within 12 days!! This is complete cheating behavior from RoyalOak furniture brand. Now they say do whatever you want but the item will not be replaced. I want to raise my voice for this so that It won't happen with me again as well as with other people. I am asking for replacement or complete refund of my money.
