[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — retro boss executive chair - one, arm has come off within a month they are yet to fix it

I bought a retroboss executive chair in february 2019. Within 5 weeks the left arm became loose. After i complained a technician came within 2 days and repaired it shoddily by fevicol'ing it. Within 12 hours the arm became loose again. After that i have called support umpteen times, escalated the matter but they keep saying someone from warehouse will come and fix it. I am still waiting for the same even after 6 days.

Updated by manukumars The same retro chair, bought in February 2019 and repaired in April 2019 collapsed on 12th December 2019. On raising a complaint (complaint no: 27304), a support person came and inspected and said the 'hydraulic' part (for height adjustment) has gone bad and needs replacement which he will have to get from Warehouse. Asked me to raise another complaint which I duly did (Complaint no. 27395). After that for no one turned up or called. And the customer support number (which is so so poor that it takes an average of 20 minutes for any operator to pick up and that too if you are lucky). 2 days back, on a Sunday, someone from the customer care called up and said it will cost Rs. 900 and they will someone soon with the relevant part. I said I am okay to pay though I cannot understand how under a warranty something as basic as hydraulic can fail in an expensive executive chair. After that for 2 successive days I have been trying to reach the Customer care, but each time after 20 minutes of wait, their system automatically terminates my number. I am so disgusted and frustrated and this is from a company from where I have made than more than 1.5 lac worth of goods in last 14 months. Customer care looks like being run as an apology and from inexperienced non-caring staff.
