This is with regard to the order rms[protected] where i have been informed that the furniture is damaged and cannot be delivered.
As discussed with the marathahalli branch on june 13th and since there are no alternate or replacement options available, i would like to get credit for the payment that i have made for this order immediately. Till date even after multiple followup the store manager and the customer care are not ready to confirm back over the phone or email when the money will be credited even after sending all the details. I havent seen any rude and poor custormare care like this even after advance payment.

I am not sure this company is can be trusted any more moving to the consumer court to get back my money of Rs7, 176 with interest as the store manage or customer care are rude are not taking any actions. and there is no escalation point also. They cheat the customers by taking their money and not deliver the product. beware there are many other shops who respect the customer and value the relationship
