We have purchased a rocking chair which started having problem. We discussed with ur store in attapur, hyderabad and they said money would be refunded, but post that we received a mail and call stating that furniture would be repaired. It’s been more than 2 months no news and when approached store they kept us waiting for more than 15 minutes and when enquired asked us to wait more. Is it way to deal with customers.
Require strict action and solution for same at earliest.
