Royaloak Furniture — Royal oak silkboard: damaged product delivered | |||||
Recently, we purchased, recliners, dressing table and cofeetable from royal oak, silk board branch. the product was delivered and assembled promptly by their technicians. unfortunately, when their technicians, opened the dressing table box piece, one of the wood part got chipped out and it was already repaired with wood-filling paste of colour lighter than the actual wood. so, the damage was clearly visible. we immediately called the customer care and reported the issue and got complaint number (3455). we also took a photo of the damage and sent to their mail-id. no calls from them for almost 3 days. later, we called up and followed up. after 4 days, they sent their technician. he came and applied wood paste again, but this time with same color of the wood, took a photo and said, only this much can be done. this is really unacceptable. we called the customer care again, and they, told, only that much they can do and upon forcing, they accepted to recheck the issue again, after checking the modified photo. this is really unacceptable. how can they say "only this much they can do? are they offering the product for free? will they accept if we would have paid 1000 or 2000 rupees less? we need this to be fixed immediately. never expected such a bad service from reputed brand royal oak Was this information helpful? | |||||
