Sir/ Madam, I have ordered the product Royaloak Lucas Multi Purpose Table vide order no ROY00137010 on 13.01.20200 . I have received the product on 17.01.2022 vide invoice no SI[protected]. As per the description they have mentioned the product dimensions as Length 19.5 Inches and width 12 inches enclosing pictures of product description for your reference. Where as i have received the product with length 30 Inches and width 20 inches and quality of product is also bad .since the
dimensions are different which is not fitting in my room as planned . i have sent a mail to customer care thru mail [protected]@royaloakindia.comand requested to return the product since nobody responding properly i have contacted customer care on number[protected] even then none of the company representatives are responding properly .Requesting you to please take up the issue Was this information helpful? |
