Royaloak Furniture — RoyalOak not honoring Warranty | |
Hello, I bought a computer chair from RoyalOak Furnitures in June but within couple of months the cracks emerged in chair's base wheel. I raised a complaint (Order No. RMS[protected] in August with them and since the chair is under 1 year warranty, I expect them to be repaired/replaced the chair immediately. However their reply is that the chair is broken under normal usage and hence not covered under warranty. On insisting as to what is covered by their warranty, they are unable to answer as what is covered by their warranty. I seek a quick replacement/repair of the chair at the earliest without any delay.
