I ordered a product through online portal of company, while I dont received the product on due date, Several time I contact the customer support but they don't answer me properly, nor they cancel my order and refund my money. I am very fedup with this type of attitude. Now I plan to lodge a complaint against RoyalOak . My order id is ROY006914.

I had placed an order on 23rd July 2018. It was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours. Neither do i have the product nor am i able to get to cancel it.
