I had made a purchase of Furniture (Bed, side tables, dining table with 6 Chairs, coffee table and Dresser)
One of the chair and Dresser has manufacturing defects, a crack in the chair and alignment of the dresser was correct. The products were collected, polished and returned, that to with few items missing, they did not replace it as promised, when called the customer care they connected to the service manager "Kunaram", he was rude in the response saying that is how all the dressers are, so we polished it and sent it back, I didn't know until he said that, that Royal oak has faulty products like issues with alignment and cracked
They are not ready to provide a replacement or to take back the product's and refund, they claim that is how the product is.
