I have earlier raised a complaint (around 3 months back) on damage to the sofa i bought on November 19, 2021 from Royaloak furniture store, Neredment, Secunderabad. This is in one warranty and a service engineer visited to do manual stitching. He asked me to call him back if there is any damage again or if the stiches come off and he would have it picked for a proper stich at their service center. It did come off and since October 2nd week i have been calling the service engineer, service manager (Mr. Venkatesh, he had stopped answering to my calls), customer care email id and calls to the number listed on their website. All this in vain and it is soon going to near a month since i raised concern.
No one here comes with customer service objective and least care about customer satisfaction. I was last given contact of Mr. Sai Prasad who seem to be Service Head. Unfortunate that he as well does not take calls. I could only imagine the team is as good as their leader. Everyone at Royaloak service center need to learn/realize importance of the customers. I would not think again of buying anything from Royaloak nor would recommend it to my contacts.
Please help resolve it before warranty expires. Attached copy of invoice and pics of the damages on the Sofa.
