We ordered two office table and chair at Royal oak furniture shop on 16/09/2023 and made full payment. We requested the store manager to offer Ganesh festival discount and the Store manager refused any further discounts. Next day, we get to see a pamphlet in the news paper stating that RoyalOak furniture is offering 20% discount on office chairs and tables. When we reported this to customer care representative Ms. Sowmya, she assured that she would discuss this with their higher management and would arrange for a call. Despite our several calls, no body responded to our email request nor our phone calls. Later, we visited their store again on 20/09/2023 seeking explanation on such anomalies. Neither the store rep nor the customer care rep care for their customers. Despite our repeated followups, installation is pending till date and the cashier has made a typo error while entering the mobile number. They do not have provison to even change the customer number.
Very pathetic experience and would never recommend Royal oak again to any one. Was this information helpful? |
