Royaloak Furniture — Sofa cum bed issue

Am writing this email as I am unable to get the issue resolved with out escalating. I have sent an email but I think it would be appropriate to explain the issue again.

It is really a bad experience I have with Royal oak. I have purchased a sofa cum bed at royal oak Marahthalli store. The wheels broke with ten days of purchase and I raised complaints regarding the same they changed it and still it is the same and the technician says we have to pay for the service next time even though it is in warranty. I choose royal oak for my furniture needs because of quality and now I raised one more complaint as the foam is not as it was before and technician informed us that hydraulic is also not working properly and all this happened with in a few months of purchase.
