I have been asked to pay for the entire amountof INR 150000\- for second day Delivery for theGiven Product. Which I paid because I liked theProduct.4 Days of no Delivery - I called Customer care, they said Stock is not available.I call Store Talked to Store Manager (RohitShetty) - He again said it will be deliveredwithout fail before Diwali.I visited Store 3 times and Asked for Moneyback, Based on my conversation, they saidThey cannot refund Money, Instead offered meto take the Piece on Display, which wasdefective.No Firm Date has been provided that By whenmy Sofa would be Available.Email I sent to their Customer care are Notbeing responded, I have no idea where mymoney is gone, If there was no Stock, whywould someone ask for full Money and theyhave been keeping this Money for More than aMonth now. They have been keeping my money for so long, they havekept my Money without the Product or servicesand several round of calls and no updates that ihave received for so many day.
