[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Sofa ordered but not received since 2 months

I rajsekhar ordered a single seater sofa on 26th sep 2020 and paid the amnt in full rs.25k . for order no. ROY0071613, ticket no.11605, not resolved, after many reminders again one more ticket no.15706. No response or no updates from any of the channels like mails, whatspp, phone, messages.
