[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — spring mattress | |
Hello, I've been the most loyal customer towards royal oak... I have always trusted the quality of the products available in royal oak... However, i am so much disappointed to have received the mattress which is causing so much discomfort. Not only is it causing discomfort but all o[censored]s at home are suffering with neck sprain and back pain which ideally should not be happening. I'm totally broken for having spent rs.11, 000 for a mattress which is not worthy. I'm not even sure if i can get a replacement for a product like this. I have purchased a product from Royal Oak showroom in Mysore road kammanahalli branch on 19th Jan. Product is queen bed without storage the product was delivered on 28th, while assembly we saw the product is damaged.. The quality of cart is very very poor.. What is alternative for this..
