Royaloak Furniture — supplying damaged and non supply of items to assemble | |||
Copy of mail to royal oak, which is self explanatory Dear royal oak, sri sri venkat kalyan n In continuation to my complaint, i write to inform as follows 1. First as issue of advance and not blocking nor supplying in time. 2. Now supplying late after repeated reminders, a damaged slab of dining table and supplying chairs without set of screws to fix. (I came to know that royal oak supply damaged items to gain time as the amount is received on false promise of supply in scheduled time) 3. Now i have to keep the damaged table top till replacement may take several days or weeks (Royal oak standard) 4. Keep the skeleton of legs of chairs in corner till the screws are received and fixed (May take royal standard time) 5. Royaloak departments act independently as if each is different company and no co-ordination nor togetherness in working. Each complaint with others. Marketing staff takes orders without stock in stores Marketing staff takes full money of the article by falsely promising delivery Stores takes its own time to deliver as it wishes When contacted to marketing staff they inform it is on the way and reaching in 4 hours When contacted after 4 hours they say the stores is not receiving their calls also After 6 hours marketing receives the call and say the concerned person not available to call next day Next day there is no body to pick the phone Third day when called full day lost and by evening receive the message that vehicle is broke down and it is getting repaired. At 7 pm vehicle getting ready and can be delivered by 9 pm, but 2 other items a sofa and chair received. When asked about the dining table they say it is coming in a different transport. Then after days of lost want to receive at any cost i said i can wait upto what ever time may be 10 pm, 11pm 12pm (Even though the place is newly built house and no facilities to stay late) Then call comes at 9 pm informing that the vehicle is not yet ready so will deliver next day. Next day morning receive call from transport person at 9 am they are at our place waiting to deliver, when i am 20kms away in my home. I had to rush from there to receive without attending my office Finally received damaged table and chairs without screws, which are at home. When royal oak cannot keep the promise then why you have staff who go on giving false, unrealistic promises. There is no co-ordination between marketing staff, stores, transport, assembling staff and each think they are different from others and give excuses of the others.
