Royaloak Furniture — Worst customer service don't go for it | |||||
I have raised the concern of my purchase initially (i.e June 2020 via email as well as whatsapp) since customer service people were not available during covid situation, in the store the person has advised me to raise the request via whatsapp and email but no response service department. Two times I have visited the store regarding the same also tried contacting customer care multiple times but i couldn't get connected. Have sent multiple follow up as well attached screenshot and refer the trail mail as well for your reference. But its surprising that customer service people are active soon after the warranty period is over? Was this information helpful? | |||||
