Royaloak Furniture — Wrong Delivery of Product ,-No response

Dear Concerns
Am very sorry to inform you that, I had a very worst experience with Royalock furniture shop which is located in Mysore road Bangalore, one proper response, no proper communication and no commitment .
I have ordered and booked “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S” Dated on 29/11/2020 and Requested for Delivery on : April 2021 month End .Order #:[protected], we have made the Full payment on the order date itself
Due to lockdown we are unbale to take the delivery till June 24th.so finally we have communicate to delivery on 26th June .
Still yesterday morning we are following up for the delivery, so finally they are delivered yesterday 5th July 12:45 Pm without any Documents. after 10 days of follow-up.
After delivering the materials we have verified, delivered materials was wrong, we have ordered “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S”but they are delivered “2S and 2S” attached photos for your reference. Same as been communicated to concern person who is working in Mysore Branch That is Mr.Sayad Phone No:[protected] along with the evidence we have shared in the WhatsApp. He told will check and confirm, but he has not called me nor responded for my request, so I only called them again, he is telling it was wrong delivered to you will replace the materials by early morning, so I told ok, so that day is over.

On 6th morning again I only called him by 11:04 Am, no response, again and I have called for one more number [protected] he has spoken me like am not responsible and he doesn’t know how to communicate with customer, so again I only called to Mr.Sayad at 3:27 Pm he is telling it will take another 7 to 8 days to replace. What does it mean for replacing and delivering the right product again another 7 to 8 days are required for your team, Till the time where I need to keep you wrong product in my home.
We Really never expect from Royalock Furniture company such a big company giving a poor services, I feel that kindly please take back your product and re-fund my money. We are keep on calling for customer services no but no response. Attached Screen shot for your reference.
