Product ordered - Plaza recliner 3+1, cherry brown colour, gloss finish.

Product delivered - Wave recliner, maroon colour, dull finish.

I ordered a 3+1 recliner and paid INR 75, 000, n Prakash confirmed that it's in stock and will be delivered.

However a wrong product was delivered by your staff. Im very disappointed n feel you guys have cheated. I'm not getting a proper response from your staff. On the contrary Srinivasan is accusing that I'm lying.

Installation was scheduled today, I have refused installation.
