Royaloak Furniture — wrong product delivery and money not refunding | |||
We have purchased bently recliner sofa from royal oak - kukatpally branch, hyderabad on 21/12/2019. We have few issues with your service and product but unable to resolve with your store manager. 1. The product (Single seater bently recliner) delivered after two months of purchase. 2. Even after two months they delivered non-rocking recliner whereas at the time of purchase, they told us that it is rocking. 3. When we asked them to refund the amount as we dont want the product delivered to us, they said refund is not possible. 4. Then we have offered to cancel this order and purchase 2seater by paying matching extra amount, but now the 2seater rate been increased by 4000/- which is again a loss for us Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered Qeen Size bed from Royaloak Furniture Order ID ROY0030968 on Dated 7th Mar 2020 but still not delivered. Today morning 9AM the delivery person called me and confirmed that the material will be delivered in 2 hours but still not received.
They have wasted my completed Day..
