Dear sir/madam,
I had booked zita sofa 3+1+1 on 15th oct at bannerghatta road store. At the time of booking the delivery date given was 21st. Later on 16th i had called and requested to deliver the sofa on 18th oct. It was told that they had updated their records for the same.
I had got a text msg on 18th oct at 6.16 am as "dear customer, please note that your delivery is in progress for invoice number sla[protected]"
Till now delivery has not happened. The reason i am getting is we called but customer didn't pick the call. Today i had got a call from royal oak when i was in other call, immediately i had called back to the number and it was told that it is head office. I informed on the call given by them but they are not aware. Since from past 5 days daily i am calling to your customer care number but the response is poor.
I need to send this sofa to my native hassan, i had paid advance of 2k out of 6k and i am getting followed by transport office daily and i am giving excuses for the delay from royal oak. Considering that atleast i will get sofa today i had told transport office tomorrow early morning, but as of now i am not going to get sofa by tomorrow morning. Hence transport office is going to cancel my order and advance of 2k is non refundable. Who is going to bare this 2k for me. Again i need to search for other transport. I need royal oak to bear the loss and take care of transporting charge to hassan.
2 weeks back i had purchased reclainer sofa, king size cot and matress i didn't had this delivery issues. Don't know what went wrong now.
Kindly respond to this email and do the needful to get the sofa by tomorrow itself.
