Its regarding my recent sofa purchase from Royaloak.
During the purchase, salesperson showed us a particular sofa model and explained its features. Based on the salesperson's demonstration and representation, we proceeded with the purchase.
However, the item delivered to us was a different model from the one shown to us at the time of purchase. Although the invoice correctly mentions the model that was delivered, we were unaware that this was the actual item being purchased. We relied on the salesperson's demonstration and were not clearly informed that the delivered product was different from the model shown to us.
Correct billing alone does not resolve our concern because our complaint relates to the product demonstration, the information provided before the purchase, and our understanding of what we were agreeing to buy.
We would prefer a replacement with the model originally shown to us. If that is not possible, we request a suitable alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Please register this complaint. This item delivered on 28.10.2026. Then only we got shocked.
Sales man contact no. [protected] (Nagarbhavi branch).
I have mailed to customer care team regarding this but they told invoice match the delivered item and if we want to return they will deduct 25% amount of paid.
In this case, royaloak Nagarbhavi showroom salesperson engaged in verbal misrepresentation (Bait-and-Switch) by showcasing one model and billing a different SKU without my consent. Then how can customer pay 25%.
