Order number: roy004561 I have placed an order of "royaloak barcelona tv unit with tempered glass" on 29.05.2018 for rs.4500/- and till now product not shipped. I have called customer care ([protected])?? Soo many times, they rarely pick the call and keep on telling that they will ship the order by this week. Finally i highly disappointed with this cheating company with customers money. I want my refund. Pls help Was this information helpful? | |

J Francis Augusten purchased a cot/bed from Royaloak Furniture India Bangalore, was installed on 16th June, the center ply wood board was not even and totally unaligned with the inner frame and beading of the bed/cot, the technician attended on9th Aug but not resolved, frame very narrow, need replacement or a higher category or refund .
