This is to complaint about two or three Rpf police officers. They misbehave and shouted loudly on me at the Nagpur railway station(15/05/2023). Actually I am seating in waiting and ticket room and 5-7 officer come and shouted on public then they shouted on me but I speak with one of them very gentle asked him where is waiting room. He told me seat here. But after 2-3 min one ladies officer and one gents Police personal come to me and asked about where you want to go? Ladies police officer officer talk with me nice but same time this Rpf guy accidently shouted me very rudely. I am note a very rude person so that my body being shudder then ladies officer asked me why are you shudder like this. I told her he shouted on me with anger. I always think RPF officer are always ready to help railway customer but I am wrong about it. I have lots of respect for them but i loose it. I think railway made a waiting room for people but that is wrong about railway.If railway waiting room not for people then why railway wasted people's money on this type of infrastructure. I think his name is Amol he is tall i always remember him.
so please take an action for the same. i am sending you this mail with full of hope
