[Resolved]  RPF — veerappan is better than RPF

my father has travelled in 16316 on 10/11/2011 from kochuveli, kerala and reached bangalore on 11/11/2011. pnr no [protected]. the train was stopped at Krishnarajapuram and they had alighted there (as they know it is near to home and they have experience with
the train 16525.) they used the foot overbridge as usual and reached the exit from where they get the auto/taxi. then they informed me that they are alighted KJM. i asked them to wait there as i have to take 15 minutes to reach there. they are travelled with ticket and
they break the journed at krishnarajapuram and waited in the other platform which was in the roadside. my mother aged 57, father aged 61 and my kid (1 year) with one trolly bag, one carry bagwith flask,water and food of the kid was waiting in the platform for the car.
at that time one person in civil dress approched them and asked to show the ticket. they showed the ticket. he asked something to them. my parents told they only knows malayalam and knows a little tamil. then another person in civil dress also joined with the
first person and asked to pay the fine. my parents told him that they are waiting for me and the car.that persons asked how did they reach in the next platform with luggage. my parents told they used the footoverbridge and reached at the exit. as they haveto wait for
more than 15 minutes with kids and luggage, my parents waited in a concrete bench in the next platform which was aside the road. my parents try to understand that person in tamil as they can. this time these two persons threatened them to take them to court/jail.
that persons told different reasons for charging the fine. that persons have no identity card displayed. that persons told my parents crossed the railway track and get in to the platform where they are waiting, another reason they told is that their ticket is upto SBC,
so they have to travel up to bangalore city station, like that somany resons they told to my parents. Actually my parents are above 60 years and getting SENIOR CITIZEN benefits from railway. in that age, they couldnot jump into the track and then climb
on the platfrom from the track. then that persons began to shout and theretened to take to jaijl. my parents were frightened and they are with my child. so my parents got panic and paid the fine in the vehicle of RPF as the strange men ( we dont know , is he is a
RPF staff) asked. then RPF gave one receipt for Rs 252. the receipt no is K 0156389, commml T-12, No 09. local SC/A The reason written in the receipt is "WITH OUT TICKET". and train no 56510 and collected at BNC. the train 16316 has actually reached
at bangalore affter 8am. then why should my parents travell in 56510 from SBC to BNC. what is this means? the RPF are thieves? even veerappan is better than RPF. verrappan should say the right reason to victim and then shoot tthem. here RPF kills mentally
the passengers bruttally than the veerappan. the reason written in the receipts is "without ticket" travelled in 56510 on 11/11/11 from SBC to BNC. please check the schedule of that train. we dont know the train and the time that the RPF specified.
SO IT IS CLEAR THAT , the charge is FORGED AND MY PARENTS ARE INNOCENTS. THE rpf FINED THEM WITHOUT A REASON, ONLY THE REASON IS THAT THEY ONLY KNOWS MALAYALAM. SO THE RPF THREATENED MY PARENTS
AND THEFT Rs 252. SO I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AND COMPENSATION amount RS 10000 (ten thousand) FOR THE MENTAL HARRASMENT AND OTHER TROUBLES THEY HAVE FACED at the station.
i request you to take the necessary action on this matterr and give a warning punishment to the concerned personnals
